The project we have enjoyed most of all was the construction of an Oregon-Historical State Marker (directions ) where America was attacked during WWII. E.E. was the only bidder on this project, due to the technical challenges of its remote location. We believe not only in the importance of such historical markers as this to help honor our veterans like our late Grandfather Bill Monning, but also to never forget our history as a nation. We hope you have the time to visit and enjoy this historic place.

This project required 1500 ft. off underground utilities be run alongside a country road and up and nearly unpassable hillside. Electrical conduit, 1500 lb. junction vaults and phone cable were buried to state specifications. Along with road reshaping, rocking and culvert installation to divert water runoff, we were able to created a comfortably passable driveway for residential access.

Lazy Creek Dam, located in Bear Creek Park near the Medford Skate Park, needed environmental restoration because fish passage in the creek was blocked. Moving the dam opened up the fish habitat upstream. E.E. also put in boulders and added a gravel bar to improve the fish habitat even more for a healthy ecosystem. [More Info]

For this custom remodel, E.E. started by ripping up the old carpeting and refinished the original hardwood, followed by replacing all the interior and exterior doors and casing. New baseboard, fireplace mantle, minor kitchen updates, and a bathroom remodel finished the interior. E.E. also restored an exterior deck and replaced the roofing with a 35-year dimensional roof.

E.E. was hired by a local contractor to excavate the footprint of a new home. Crushed aggregate was leveled and compacted to the required elevations. Trenches were excavated for underground utilities, backfilled and compacted post installation. E.E. also located, excavated, and place compacted rock for the sidewalks. With the exception the earth placed around the perimeter for backfilling the foundation, all excess material was removed from the job site. Our professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work was appreciated by the contractor.
